A Prayer for the sick and afflicted:
Lord Jesus Christ, in your death you show us how much we are loved, and in your earthly ministry, you showed your will and ability to heal our diseases: we pray for that healing gift for those we name before you, specially those for whom we have been asked to pray. May you be honoured and glorified in the giving and receiving of this gift. Thank you Jesus. Amen.
